COMBAT KIDS is the Southern Sport Karate Organisations JUNIOR MARTIAL ARTS PROGRAMME.

We take children from as young as 4 up to around 11 years old, & even though they are young they quickly learn certain commands and disciplined structure (without scaring the life out of them)!

​

Sessions are 60 minutes (with breaks) & unlike many of our competitors we won't waste your time and money by mainly playing games and then charging you a silly amount each month by direct debit!

  

 

   Instead we find the right balance of disciplined training with an injection of FUN so they love the challenge of Martial Arts training ...after all they are kids right!

From your child's 1st lesson we put them on the path to our 12 STEP TO BLACK BELT PROGRAMME.

Our youngest BLACK BELT is Riccardo who at the time was only 8!!

BUT our programme is not all punches and kicks...

Not only do the Combat Kids learn individual set goals to progress to the next belt level BUT we also develop their understanding of FITNESS & DIET, STRANGER DANGER, SOCIAL SKILLS ETC.
