Hi my name is Paul Bowles & I am the Founder & 5th Dan Black Belt Chief Instructor of the Southern Sport Karate Organisation (SSKO).

Over the years I've had the privilege to work with 100's of adults & teens to develop their Martial Arts skills from complete beginners with zero experience to Black Belts!​
